What’s our return policy?

We want you to love your gear as much as we do! If your item arrives damaged or has a misprint, let us know within 14 days, and we’ll make it right. Unfortunately, if everything arrives in tip-top shape, we can’t accept returns (as much as we’d love to), but don’t worry we’ve got your back if there’s an issue. Just give us a shout, and we’ll resolve it faster than you can say "hole-in-one."

Do we ship internationally?

Hang tight international shipping is coming soon. Until then, we’re focused on delivering the best swag to our local fans!

How do I track my order?

We ship your order faster than a golf cart zooming down the fairway—usually within 1-2 business days. Once it’s packaged and ready to roll, we’ll send you an email with all the tracking info you need to keep tabs on your new gear. Want to check up on it before then? No problem! You can also sign in to your account and track it there.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We totally get it! sometimes you change your mind faster than a golfer misses a putt. If you need to cancel or change your order just let us know ASAP! If it hasn’t shipped yet we’ll do our best to make it happen. Once it’s on its way to you though, it’s like that golf ball in the rough it’s already out of our hands. Let’s catch it early, and we’ll sort you out!
